A little bit about Vanita:
Many years ago as a pioneer in compounding pharmacy in Australia, I gave a very anxious person a specific blend of amino acids that I had compounded for her. Within minutes, she calmed down and in time, managed to get off a prescription medicines.

This is when I knew that mainstream medicine had its limitations.

So whilst I was formulating bio-identical hormones and tailoring nutrition for individuals, I decided to up-skill myself in areas of integrative medicine, functional pathology, Ayurvedic medicine, naturopathy and energy medicine and together with my background in African and Indian medicine.

I developed a holistic model in healing through integration of all modalities in medicine tailoring health come outcomes individually for each person. I focused on managing the mind naturally and authored a book, Alchemy of the Mind.

Now I help the patient and the health practitioner in healing with science-based integrative medicine through education, speaking commitments, clinical consultation and mentoring. I assist patients to regain their health and energy through consultations and education. I provide a mentored education programs to guide the health practitioner into enhancing their professional expertise with evidence-based integrative medicine.
